Features

The Service & Support iView establishes a connection from the portal to the SAP Internet Customer Self-Service (ICSS).

Integration

In your function as administrator, you must insert the link to the Internet application component for the SAP Internet Customer Self-Service in iView maintenance. The URL has the following structure: http://[server_name:port]/icss_b2b/index.jsp.

 You maintain the iView in the Channel Reseller (Apparel and Footwear): Reseller, and enter the relevant URL for your ICSS on the Java tab page in the Content Link field.

You use SAP CRM 3.1 with a configured SAP Internet Customer Self-Service (ICSS).
