Vendor Capacity Mass Change I and II

Use

With the aid of mass change I and II you can quickly and easily change the vendor capacity quantities and the vendor capacity structure.

With mass change I you change the capacity quantities (total and overload capacities).
With mass change II you change the structure of the vendor capacity. You can add new vendor capacity nodes or delete already existing nodes. At the lowest capacity level, the material level, you can add or delete materials and change the base unit of measure. You can carry out the mass change for any number of capacity periods of a vendor at the same time.

Activities

Choose Logistics ® Materials Management ® Source Allocation ® Vendor Capacity Planning Mass Data Change I (Capacity Quantity) and Mass Data Change II (Capacity Structure).

Enter the required data in the initial screen. Execute the program and start the mass maintenance.
Using mass change II you can maintain any number of capacity periods. When entering the validity period, you can display all valid capacity periods by using the F4 help. Activate the periods whose structure should be changed. The AFS System selects the earliest calendar period as the reference period and makes the changes. If these changes are saved, the changes are saved for all capacity periods at the same time.
