Overview of the Value-Added Data in the Document
Use
For a quick overview of which value-added services exist in the sales and distribution document at the header, item, or schedule line level, you can call up the overview display.
Features
If your customer has requested value-added services from you, you can use the overview to see which value-added services need to be carried out in your warehouse for the entire sales order, for each item or each schedule line. In addition, you can easily see for each VAS if the same category is necessary for all schedule lines of an item or if there are schedule lines for which your customer wants different value-added services. You can go to the overview via Go to ® Overview ® Value-added services ® Value-added service data. This is only possible if you are in the sales document in one of the AFS views.

With the standard settings, you cannot use condition-defined value-added services at the header level because each key combination in the AFS system on which you can base VAS conditions always requires the sales area. One of the elements of the sales area is always the division which can, however, differ by material. If you created conditions for customer and sales area, the system can only find them if at least one item contains a material which is in the customer’s sales due to the division.
Display and operation of the VAS data overview
If you did not change the default settings in the AFS system, you automatically reach the item drilldown when you call up the overview of VAS data in the order, for example. If there is an asterisk (*) in one of the columns (Ticketing/labeling, Packing, Special services), it indicates that your customer requested value-added services in that area. With a double-click on the asterisk, you can display the details. This value-added service is to be provided for all schedule lines in the item.
To determine whether some or even all schedule lines in the item require still other, special value-added services, choose the schedule line drilldown for the item. An asterisk here indicates that there are additional value-added services required.Schedule lines that do not contain an asterisk in any column only require those value-added services that you found on the item level. With a double-click on the asterisk, you can display the details.
If you are using text types or mix indicators for your value-added services for ticketing/labeling or packing, their presence is also indicated by an asterisk. Once again, double-clicking on the asterisk will show further details.
If you are using VAS materials, the system shows them in the corresponding category. X at the end of a line indicates that the SD indicator is activated for this material, allowing you to generate an item for the material.

Customer A ordered 100 short skirts (MAT1) and 100 short-sleeve men’s shirts (MAT2), both in assorted sizes. This customer provides the labels for all orders and requires a special labeling process. You have created a condition using the labeling type T01 and a VAS material Label/Cust. A.
For this specific order, the customer called and asked you for a special type of packing of MAT1. You are to pack the dark colors separately from the light colors. You manually specify this in the order item by using packing type P01 with the appropriate mix indicator.
Your customer, having had good results with the best-selling sizes M, L, and XL of MAT2, wants you this time to put two in a package for these sizes and attach an additional label with the lettering „Two for the price of one." In the order, you have manually specified this requirement in the schedule lines of the item 200 by using a different labeling type ST1 with the appropriate text type and a packing type PS1. As far as the packing for the entire item goes, the remaining sizes (S, XXL) are to be packed in a separate package. For this you manually enter a packing type P02 with the corresponding mix indicator ( for example, Sizes S, XXL separate) in the order.
For this example, the overview of the value-added services in the order would look like this:

Overview of value-added service data in the delivery and billing document
In a delivery, the overview of the VAS data first shows the main item with all the VAS data that you specified in the order item. After that, all schedule lines of this item are shown as split items with their related VAS data.
In the billing document the main items and split items of the delivery are displayed as normal billing items. The overview of the VAS data shows all billing items in numerical sequence and their value-added services.
In a multi-store order you can specify separate value-added services in the document. The overview also shows the store, for which the value-added service is intended. Otherwise, this overview does not differ from that of the delivery.
