Calling the Evaluation

In the SAP application menu choose Logistics ® Sales and Distribution ® Backorders ® AFS Rescheduling ® Evaluate.

Executing the Selection

  1. Enter the criteria according to which you want to evaluate the entire list of results from rescheduling.
  2. Example

    For example, if you want a list of the processed documents including changes made during rescheduling to be displayed for only one specific customer, specify the customer number as a selection criterion.

    If you want the entire list of results from rescheduling to be displayed, make your selection according to the user who started the rescheduling.

  3. Execute the evaluation report.

Choose Program ® Exec. in background, if you want to run the report as a background job.

Choose Program ® Execute, if you want to run the report in the dialog.

Result

Corresponding to your selection criteria, you see an overview of the sales documents that were processed during rescheduling. Changes in the delivery date or delivery quantity are displayed for each document schedule line.

Note

You can set the display criteria of the list. For example, you can set the display criteria so that only where improvements or deteriorations in the delivery date or quantity have occurred in the document due to rescheduling are displayed.

To set the display criteria, choose List ® Display Criteria.
