Use

Typically the actual posting is the most important data source within the profitability analysis. Therefore you can transfer online both incoming sales orders and billings from the system SD into the profitability analysis.

Features

The AFS System and the R/3 Standard System support the flows of actual values in the same way.

Via the sales orders or billings with their sales conditions the system determines the revenues and sales deduction. The valuation can be carried out with help of the standard cost estimates that belong to the respective product or with help of defined conditions.

Both on the revenue- and on the cost side the system considers valuation/conditions at grid value-/ category level.

Flows of Actual Values

Besides the planned costs of the individual incoming sales orders/billings, you can additionally transfer the planned costs variance of the production orders to the profitability analysis. Thus you can display period-related actual costs in the profitability analysis (see Variances in the Profitability Analysis).
