Integration of Master Data - Pricing 

Use

You use this function to do pricing for the variants based on the prices maintained for the characteristic value combination of the configurable grid product.

Pricing in SAP CRM 5.0 has been enhanced to handle characteristic value combination for the configurable grid product. This works the same way as dimension-based pricing in the SAP AFS system. For more information on pricing, see AFS Standard Sales Price.

The condition records maintained for the SAP AFS material are transferred to SAP CRM for the corresponding configurable grid product.

Integration

In SAP CRM, the field catalog for pricing has been enhanced with the AFS_SIZE field which corresponds to the J_3ASIZE field in SAP AFS. Thus condition records at size level are transferred to SAP CRM.

Prerequisites

You have implemented the method PRICING_RELEVANCE of BAdI CRM_CONFIG_GRID_PRICE in the SAP CRM system.

In SAP CRM, relevancies of characteristics are not transferred. This information is provided in the BAdI method PRICING_RELEVANCE, which will then build the correct grid value combination out of the pricing relevant characteristics.

Limitations

The following functions are not supported:

●      Pricing at the size group level is not supported in SAP CRM since grouping information cannot be sent to SAP CRM.

●      Pricing for categories is not supported.
