Setting the Status of Value Schedules
A value schedule can have one of the following statuses:
Draft
The system defaults the status of new value schedules to draft. This status indicates that you are still working on the value schedule and it is not ready for use in the system.
Released
Before you can assign a value schedule to a commodity contract, you must set its status to released.
Retired
To prevent a value schedule from being assigned to any new contracts, you must set its status to retired.
You are authorized to create value schedules.
On the SAP Easy Access
screen, choose .
Double-click Maintain Value Schedule
node.
In the DPQS Selection Screen
, enter the details of the value schedule you want to release\retire.
Choose
(Execute
).
The system displays the List of Schedules
that match your selection criteria.
In the List of Schedules
screen area, select the schedule you want to release\retire and choose
(Set Status
).
Choose the relevant option (Release DPQS
or Retire DPQS
).
