Description

Quality notification number

  • Quality notifications created by supplier

    When a supplier publishes a quality notification on the Web UI, SAP SNC assigns this number and sends the quality notification to the back-end system. This number is the internal notification number in the back-end system.

  • Quality notifications created by customer

    In the back-end system, the quality notification is assigned a number and is sent to SAP SNC. SAP SNC uses the number assigned in the back-end system as the quality notification number.

Technical quality notification number

  • Quality notifications created by supplier

    When a supplier saves a quality notification on the Web UI, SAP SNC assigns this number. That is, this number is assigned even if a quality notification is not published. By having this number, the quality notification numbers (see above) assigned to published quality notifications have an unbroken sequence even if a supplier does not publish all quality notifications that he or she saves.

  • Quality notifications created by customer

    When a quality notification is received from an SAP back-end system, this number is assigned in SAP SNC.

Quality notification status

Status that shows the stage of the quality collaboration process that the quality notification is currently at. For more information, see Quality Notification Statuses.

Distribution status of quality notification

Status that shows whether a quality notification has been published or not.

Notification type

Classification of the quality notification.

The notification type is relevant for integration with an ERP back-end system

Priority

Importance of the problem reported in the quality notification.

Subject code

Classification of the problems being reported in the quality notification.

Subject code description

Description of the classification of the problems being reported in the quality notification.

Description

Text entered by user to describe the problem being reported in the quality notification.

Start date

Date on which the quality notification was created.

End date

Date by which the creator of the quality notification requests that the notification be completed.

Complaint quantity

Quantity of product affected by reported problem.
