Supplier Performance Management
The supplier performance management function provides customers in SAP Supply Network Collaboration (SAP SNC) with an analysis tool that they can use to analyze the performance of their supply base.
Prerequisites
To use supplier performance management, you must activate the business function Supply Network Collaboration 2

Integration
To use the supply base performance analysis function, you must have integrated SAP SNC 7.0 including enhancement package 2 with SAP NetWeaver Business Warehouse (SAP NetWeaver BW).

Supply Base Performance Analysis
Customers using the supply base performance analysis function can use specific rating criteria to rate the performance of their suppliers in SAP SNC. Once SAP SNC rates the performances of the suppliers, it extracts the data to SAP NetWeaver BW where the system collects and scores the data
to provide a final score for the supplier based on the rating criteria. This gives the customer a detailed overview of the performance of a supplier and gives the customer a basis upon which to take long-term corrective action.
