Use

The following enhancements are available from this release:

●      Substitution - a portal user can assign another user to manage his/her tasks in case of planned or unexpected absence. Several substitution rules can be created to cover all cases. A new function Manage Substitution is available on the UWL UI.

●      Delta Pull mechanism of the UWL leverages parts of the Extended Notifications mechanism of SAP Business Workflow.

●      Ability to manage attachments for SAP Business Workflow. Option available on the UI to view, delete and upload new attachment files.

●      Follow-up on tasks from SAP Business Workflow (Resubmission).

●      Additional option (User Roles) available for connections to the backend. For previous releases, the authorization was only through System Configuration Group.

●      New redesigned user interface and administration pages.

●      New actions for Alerts are available:

○       Claim

Remove the action from the worklists and assign it to the user executing the claim action.

○       Revoke Claim

Put the action back into the worklists.

○       Decline

Reject an arriving alert. It is removed from the alert list.
