Displaying Resource Load Curves

Use

In the detailed scheduling planning board , you can hide and display charts with resource load curves that represent the resource load on the resources over time. In a resource load chart, you can display the resource load at any point in time, or the average resource load per shift or for periods you have defined.

Resource overload is displayed in red in the standard issue. You can set another color in Customizing for the DS planning board profile .

Prerequisites

You have defined a resource load chart in the customizing for the DS Planning Board.
You have specified if the resource load at a specific time or the average resource load per shift or per period is displayed for the chart.
You have defined a corresponding period profile for displaying the average resource load for a period you have defined.

Procedure

Displaying the resource load chart

Select the required resources.
Choose Extras Resource load

Display as chart, if the resource load chart should be shown within the DS planning board
Display as a dialog box , if the resource load chart should be shown as an extra dialog box

Hiding the resource load chart

Choose Start of the navigation path Extras Next navigation step Resource load Hide chart End of the navigation path
