Configuring the Resource Planning Table You can configure the resource planning table in accordance with your requirements.
You can show and hide different charts.
You can show charts as full screens.
You can use the standard list functions of the extended table display.
You can crete your own pusbutton profiles for the charts of the resource planning table in Customizing.
You make the settings for resource planning table setup in the user settings, which you invoke via the
User Settings
button in the button bar.
You can save the settings you make in the user settings, so that the resource planning table is displayed with your settings when it is next invoked.
On the
General
tab page, you can specify which of the following charts are to be displayed:
Navigation area
Periodic view
Operation list
You can hide the charts and buttons directly on the screen via
Close
. The system then also unsets the indicator for displaying the area in the user settings. To show a chart again, you must set the corresponding indicator on the General tab page. To show the buttons again, you must set the corresponding indicator on the
Navigation Area
tab page.
You can navigate between the charts without the mouse using function keys. The following shortcuts are available for this purpose:
To go to the open objects in the navigation area, choose CTRL + Shift + F9.
To go to the header data, choose CTRL + Shift + F10.
To go to the periodic view, choose CTRL + Shift + F11.
To go to the operation list, choose CTRL + Shift + F12.
You can change the order of the buttons on the
Navigation Area
tab page.

you can also specify which objects the system is to display in the event of changes:
Operations
Resources
Orders
Products
You can display the periodic view and the operation list as a full screen. To do so, choose
Full Screen On/Off
in button bar.
The functions of extended table display are available for the individual charts. These include print, sort, and find. You invoke the standard list functions via
Standard Liste Functions On
in the charts.
You can use the pushbutton profile to configure the resource planning table yourself and adjust it to suit your requirements. You can define your own pushbuttons in Customizing and display them in the individual charts. You can also create entries for a dropdown menu and define the order of the entries (menu options) in the display.

You can also hide the pushbuttons supplied in the standard system that you do not need when using the resource planning table or make important functions from dropdown menus available as buttons.
To adopt your own pushbutton profile, invoke the
Profiles
tab page in the user settings and choose your profile using the input help for the
Pushbuttons
field.
