 Maintain Profile in the Current Settings Menu

Prerequisites

You must have authorization to maintain profiles .

Procedure

  1. In the SAP Easy Access Menu, choose Start of the navigation path Production planning Next navigation step Environment Next navigation step Current settings. End of the navigation path

  2. To call up the documentation for the profile, click on the corresponding entry using the right mouse button, and choose Display documentation .

  3. To create or change a profile, double-click with the left mouse button on the desired activity.

You cannot change SAP standard profiles (for example, SAP001). When you want to work with a modified standard profile, copy the SAP standard profile as a user-specific profile and change it.
