Definition

The outbound delivery is a document representing the goods to be delivered together to a goods recipient.

Use

The outbound delivery is used as the basis for printing the delivery note or for sending a shipping notification.

You can execute the following actions using this document:

  • Posting a goods movement

  • Canceling a goods movement

  • Setting the status Leave Yard

You can save, process, delete and archive an outbound delivery.

Integration

You create an outbound delivery when you select the action Create Outbound Delivery in the outbound delivery order .

The execution of the actions depends on the settings in the Post Processing Framework (PPF) .
