 Highlighting Objects with Alerts

Use

In the diagram section of the DS planning board , you can highlight the activities, operations and orders for which there are alerts. The objects are highlighted accordingly, depending on whether an error, a warning or information exists.

Prerequisites

You have set the following in the detail screen for the planning board profile:

  • Which alerts are relevant for this highlighting function

You use a PP/DS alert profile for this purpose. You define the PP/DS alert profile in the SAP Easy Access menu under Start of the navigation path Supply Chain Monitoring Next navigation step Alert Monitor End of the navigation path .

If you do not specify a PP/DS alert profile, the system uses the profile that you have specified in the overall profile. If you have not specified a PP/DS alert profile in the overall profile, all alerts will be displayed.

Procedure

Choose Start of the navigation path Extras Next navigation step Alerts Next navigation step Display. End of the navigation path

To remove the highlights, choose Start of the navigation path Extras Next navigation step Alerts Next navigation step Hide End of the navigation path .

You can also display alerts in the Alert Monitor .
