Zooming the Detailed Scheduling Planning Board

The following table contains a summary of how you can change the display on the DS planning board .

This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.

You can save these settings directly in the current planning board profile. To do so, choose Settings → Save Settings in Planning Board Profile

Function	Procedure
Gradually zoom into or out of the content of the entire DS planning board	Choose Settings → View → Zoom In or Zoom Out
Switch between the current display and the overview of the whole display period in the diagram section	Choose Settings → View → Full Screen On/Off
Change the time scale of the diagram section	You have the following options: Choose the desired scale using Settings → View (for example, Week or Day ) Using the right mouse button, click on the time scale of any chart and choose the desired scale (for example, daily or weekly scale). While holding down the CTRL key and pressing the left-hand mouse button, draw a frame around the area in the diagram section that you want to zoom in on. You can change the basic dimensions (width, height) and the formatting (color, labeling) of the time scale by choosing Settings → Time Scale.

Choose the desired scale using Settings → View (for example, Week or Day )

Using the right mouse button, click on the time scale of any chart and choose the desired scale (for example, daily or weekly scale).

While holding down the CTRL key and pressing the left-hand mouse button, draw a frame around the area in the diagram section that you want to zoom in on.

You can change the basic dimensions (width, height) and the formatting (color, labeling) of the time scale by choosing Settings → Time Scale.
