Start Collaborative Planning There are two ways in which you can start Collaborative Planning using the SAP Internet Transaction Server in the standalone or integrated version:
Start Collaborative Planning in the Web browser directly
Start Collaborative Planning using the transactions in the SAP APO menu.
If you want to start Collaborative Planning with ITS Standalone using the transactions, you first have to make sure the following details have been entered into table TWPURLSVR (transaction SM30):
Logical system: Name of the logical system that you are working with
Web server: Name of the ITS Web server with the corresponding port.
Web log: The log that is to be used.

Start Collaborative Planning using the transaction in the SAP APO menu.
You can also start Collaborative Planning from the Easy Access Menu in SAP APO, with the exception of displaying alerts in the Web browser. You find the corresponding transactions under the following paths:
Collaborative Supply and Demand Planning:
Collaborative Transportation Planning:
Collaboration Promotion Planning:
Caution
Make sure that the corresponding services in the Internet Communication Framework (ICF) are not active. For this, use transaction SICF and the path \default_host\sap\bc\gui\sap\its\. The services are delivered by SAP in an inactive state, as standard. If the services are active, the transactions attempt to start Collaborative Planning using the integrated SAP ITS.

If you start Collaborative Planning with these URLs directly, you can specify the logon client and the logon language explicitly using the parameters “sap-client“ and “sap-language“. If you want to start Collaborative Supply and Demand Planning in client 001 and with English as the language, for example, enter the URL as follows: http://<yourITS>:<yourPort>/scripts/wgate/clpsdp?sap-client=001&sap-language=en. You can also start Collaborative Planning from the Easy Access Menu in SAP APO, with the exception of displaying alerts in the Web browser. For more information about the respective paths, see the section

If you start the services using the transactions in SAP APO, the system copies the logon client and logon language from the open session from where you called the transaction.
Caution
