Import Dialog Box

Use

You use the Import dialog box to import a previously-exported model to the local repository. If any dependent or referenced components were also contained in the previously-exported model zip file, they are also imported together with the top-level model.

You display the Import dialog box by choosing Start of the navigation path Model Next navigation step Import End of the navigation path .

The Import dialog box contains the following items:

Item	Description
File name	The name of the model to be imported. Use the Browse button to locate the file in your file system.
Repository	The repository in which to save the imported model.
Software component	The software component in which to save the imported model.
Development component	The development component in which to save the imported model.
Open imported model	Opens the top-level model in a separate tab in the Storyboard workspace, immediately after the import operation is performed.
Import	Starts the import process.
