 Change of Scheduling Agreement Release and Purchase Order

Use

This service loss reason defines that the ordering party has changed a scheduling agreement release or purchase order in external procurement schedule maintenance in one of the following ways:

  • By reducing the purchase order quantity of a schedule line

  • By postponing the goods receipt date/time

  • By canceling a scheduling agreement release or a purchase order

This change has led to a reduction of the purchase order quantity or to a postponement of the availability date of the requested product at the first stockholding location.

The quantity that can be assigned to the service loss reason is restricted to the changed quantity.

Prerequisites

To enable updating of the history for purchase orders and therefore also the evaluation of purchase order changes, you have made the following entries in Customizing for order document management:

  1. In the IMG activity Configure Order Document Management , you have chosen the entry ODM: Order Data Area - Maintenance View from the navigation tree.

  2. In the table on the right, you have selected the entry SPPO .

  3. You have selected the entry ODM: Order Data Area, Tables - Maintenance View in the navigation tree.

  4. In the table on the right, you have set the History indicator for the entries SPP: Purchase Order Header (1SPO) and SPP: Purchase Order Item (2SPO) .
