Postprocessing records that have been processed or that are set as obsolete are not deleted automatically by the system. To delete them, use the report CIF Postprocessing Reorganization
(/SAPAPO/CIF_POSTPROC_REORG
).
Only postprocessing records with the status Processed
, Obsolete (set manually)
, or Obsolete (set automatically by system)
can be deleted. If you want to delete postprocessing records with the status Still to be processed
, you can use this report to set them as obsolete and then you can delete them in a subsequent report run.
Note
The actions (setting as obsolete and deleting) only refer to the postprocessing records, not to the objects for which the postprocessing records were created.
CIF error handling must be active.
This report offers you the following functions:
Set postprocessing records as obsolete
If you select the Set PP Recs as Obsolete
checkbox, all postprocessing records that meet the selection criteria, have the processing status Still to be processed,

or Obsolete (set manually).
