Displaying, Maintaining, and Deleting Sales Scheduling Agreements

Use

You use this function to maintain selected data of a sales scheduling agreement in the SAP APO system. This means that in one function, you can assign or change control profiles and confirmation profiles, activate or deactivate sales scheduling agreement items, and manually enter scheduling agreement (SA) releases.

You can delete inactive sales scheduling agreement items in the SAP APO system.

You can also display SA releases and confirmations, as well as last deliveries.

Features

Edit Sales Scheduling Agreement

You can display and edit sales scheduling agreements, for example, assign control profiles or enter scheduling agreement releases.

Enter releases

On the tab pages Forecast Header/F/P Delivery Schedule and Operative Header/Operative Delivery Schedule you can enter sales scheduling agreement releases.

Display additional data

On the tab page Additional Data you can view additional data regarding sales scheduling agreements such as sold-to party, customer material, partner description, or unloading point as well as the customer-specific fields (/SAPAPO/CMDS_USR01-/SAPAPO/CMDS_USR05). (This data can also be taken into account during inbound processing. See also Inbound Processing of Scheduling Agreement Releases )

Delete Sales Scheduling Agreements

You should cancel or delete sales scheduling agreement items in the SAP R/3 system before you delete them in the SAP APO system. The sales scheduling agreement item canceled in the R/3 system becomes inactive in the SAP APO system and can then be deleted.

Note Note

If you deactivate sales scheduling agreement items in the SAP APO system only , then the corresponding sales scheduling agreement item is not deleted, nor is a reason for cancellation available in the SAP R/3 system.

This means that with the next change transfer from the SAP R/3 system, the sales scheduling agreement item is reactivated because the sales scheduling agreement was not canceled in the SAP R/3 system.

End of the note.

In the SAP APO system, you can only delete inactive sales scheduling agreements.

Note Note

If no follow-on documents exist you can also delete sales scheduling agreement items directly in the SAP R/3 system. These items then become inactive in the SAP APO system.

End of the note.
