
The Contained Objects tab page opens.
You are directly navigated to the action object that you created.
If you choose Create , the action object appears under the Contained Objects tab.
E-mail address of the recipient in the Recipient(s) field.
You can enter the e-mail address of more than one recipient by using a semi-colon (;) to separate the addresses.
Enter the subject and body of the e-mail.
You can enter dynamic place holders in the subject and body of the email and bind the place holders to a data object or an expression. When the email is triggered, the data objects or the expressions are evaluated. The value replaces the place holders in the email.
Enter the place holders in the Subject and Body field.
Choose the Refresh Place Holder button.
The Place Holders section appears.
You can bind the place holders to a standard type, an existing data object or expression.
Bind to a Standard Type
Choose

In the context menu, choose Default Objects and choose the standard type.
Bind to an Existing Data Object
Choose
.
In the context menu, choose Other Context Parameter... .
In the Object Query dialog box that appears, select the data object.
Bind to an Existing Expression
Choose
.
In the context menu, choose Expressions... .
In the Object Query dialog box that appears, select the expression.
Bind to a New Expression
Choose
.
In the context menu, choose Create Expression... .
In the Object Creation dialog box that appears, create the expression.
