Component Fixing
Use
You can manually fix certain components that the matrix has calculated, to protect them from changes caused by a later planning run. In planned order management , you can display the BOM for a planned order, fix components, cancel fixings, or change the product number and quantity of a component, which also results in the component being fixed.
Integration
You can use the function for fixing components on the
Components
tab page inplanned order management (transaction /SAPAPO/POM1)
, or you can use theAPI
RPM_FIX_COMPONENTS.
An I in the component variant matrix indicates components which you have fixed for a planned order.
