Granularity and Message Structure

Use

The following tables explain the various different granularities for e-mail and SMS messages and the resulting structure of the messages:

One message per notification	The user receives a separate message for each work item	Work item description Explanatory text Links or attachments for executing work item functions
One message per category	User receives just one message for all work items of a category	General text that tells the user that they have one or more notifications for a particular category. The message does not contain any information about the individual work items.
