Prerequisites

The following prerequisites must be met:

  • The usage types AS Java and AS ABAP have been installed.
  • The stand-alone engines Search and Classification (TREX) and Content Server have been installed.
  • The initial configuration steps for Knowledge Warehouse, TREX, and Content Server have been completed.
Process Flow

The Viewing Training Material, Documentation, and Manuals IT process contains the following tasks:

  • Search for information objects.

    The following search options are available:

    • Full-text search
    • Attribute search
    • Combined full-text and attribute search
  • Use static display.
  • Use dynamic display.
