Copying Pro Rata Disaggregation Factors to Future Time BucketsUse this procedure to copy disaggregation factors expressed as percentages to future time buckets. You can copy the data for a key figure.
You cannot use this procedure to copy data from one key figure to another. To do this, use a macro.
The key figure concerned must be fixable.
Select the data of the aggregated level
Drill down to the level you want to redistribute to
Switch to the percentage view by choosing
.
Select the cells that contain the proportions to copy and choose
.
Select the cells into which the new proportions should be copied and choose
.
Return to the absolute view by choosing
again.
The proportions are copied. When you enter data at the higher level,it is disaggregated according to these proportions.
Note
If you enter data that cannot be divided in these proportions, the system disaggregates the data so that whole numbers result. The prportions in these cells are then changed correspondingly. For example the unit is Pieces and a product is to be disaggregated between three locations in the proportions 25%, 25%, and 50%. At the higher level you enter 26 pieces. The system disaggregates to 7, 6,and 13 pieces and changes the proportions to 26.92%, 23.08%, and 50%. You can influence this disaggregation by fixing individual cells in the percentage view.
