Working with the Reference Viewer

Use

The reference viewer enables you to view all references between the J2EE Engine components available on a specified cluster element.

Procedure

Start the J2EE Engine Visual Administrator
Choose ClassLoader Viewer Service → Runtime tab
From the Components tree structure, choose Interfaces, Libraries, Services, Applications, or Commons.
Note
The Application group is available only when there is a deployed application.
Choose the required loader from the list:
1. A list of resources is displayed under the selected loader. Choose one of the resources.
  A dialog box displaying the full path to the resource appears.
2. The right-hand pane displays the relations between the selected loader and other loaders. The selected loader is always displayed in the middle of the screen.
  The different types of relations are situated as follows: at the top is the parent loader, on the right side are the loader's references, and on the left side are its referees. If you choose a reference or a referee, it becomes the one to be monitored - it is moved to the middle of the screen and its references and referees are displayed as described above.
