- In the J2EE Components tab of your DLP project, select the enterprise bean.
- Choose the Security tab.
- Edit the security role references and the security identities of the enterprise bean.
- Save your changes.
Setting Security Role References
- Open the Security Role References tab.
- You can select one role from the available ones in the References list. Its properties are listed in the Role Name, Role Link and Security Role Reference Description fields.
- You can create a new role reference by completing the Role Name, Role Link and Security Role Reference Description fields. Then click the Add button to add the new reference to the References list.
- To remove a reference:
- Select it from the References list.
- Click the Remove button.
Setting Security Identity
- Open the Security Identity tab.
- If you do not want to specify a security identity, select the None checkbox.
- If you want to identify the bean with a security role, check the Run As Identity checkbox. You will also have to provide information in the fields:
- Role Name
- Run As Identity Description
- Security Identity Description
- If you want to map your security identity to the ID of the user, that calls it, select the Use Caller Identity checkbox. Provide a description in the Security Identity Description field.
