Editing the Configuration Properties

Use this procedure to set the configuration properties specific to the resource adapter.

1. Click the Properties tab.
2. The existing configuration properties are listed in the Config Properties list.
   Note

   When you open the Configuration Properties panel for the first time, the Config Properties list is empty.

3. To add a property to the Config Propertylist:
   1. Select a name from the Config Property Name combo box. This field is obligatory for each configuration property.
   2. Specify the type of the property in the Config Property Type combo box.
   3. Set the value of the property in the Config Property Value field.
   4. Enter a description of the property in the Description field.
   5. Click the Add button to add the new property in the Config Properties list.
4. To modify a property:
   1. Select that property from the Config Properties list.
   2. Modify the settings of the property.
   3. Click the Modify button.
5. To remove a property from the Config Propertieslist:
   1. Select that property from the list.
   2. Click the Remove button.
6. If you want to clear the entries in the fields and boxes, choose Clear.
