Initial Configuration TasksLocate this document in the navigation structure

Use

This section provides a set of initial tasks you should perform in the portal after you have installed it and successfully logged on for the first time. A reference to where you can find detailed information for each task is specified.

Prerequisites

  • You have installed usage type EP Core (EPC).

  • You have successfully logged on to the portal (see Logging On to / Off the Portal ).

Process

  1. Perform the mandatory tasks. See Mandatory Tasks .

  2. Analyze the optional tasks and perform those that are relevant to your system landscape. See Optional Tasks .

Once you have completed these tasks, the super administrator may proceed with performing additional first-time integration tasks. For more information, see Super Administration .
