- Click on the JMS Connectivitytab.
- Manage the factories and destinations properties.
- Save your changes.
Managing the Factories Properties
- Select the Factories tab.
- Select the General sub tab.
- In the Provider Type field, select what type of provider you will use. The information you have to fill in the rest of the fields depends on the provider type.
- If you select the JNDI Based option, see Creating a JMS ConnectionFactory using JNDI-Based Provider in the Administration Manual to see how you complete the rest of the fields of the General tab and the fields of the Provider tab.
- If you select the Object Factoryoption, see Creating a JMS ConnectionFactory using Non-JNDI Provider in the Administration Manual to see how you complete the rest of the fields of the General tab and the fields of the Provider tab.
- For the Provider subtab, see the point for the Provider Typefield.
- Select the Additional subtab. You can manage the JMS connection number from here:
- Specify the type of the JMS Connection Factory. It can be:
- Set a value in the Expire Timeout field to specify how long the system will accept connections to the driver.
- Set a value in the Min Connectionsfield to specify the minimum number of connections that can be established to the driver.
- Set a value in the Max Connectionsfield to specify the maximum number of connections that can be established to the driver.
- Set a value in the Time To Wait field to define the maximum time that the system will wait to create a connection.
