 Adding Modules to Enterprise ProjectsLocate this document in the navigation structure

Use

You need to add modules to the Enterprise project if the required EJB and Web projects were not referenced during the creation of the Enterprise project.

Prerequisites

The EJB and Web projects to be referenced are in the workspace.

Procedure
  1. In the J2EE Explorer orJ2EE DC Explorer, select the Enterprise project.
  2. From the context menu, choose Add Modules.
  3. Select the Web Module and EJB Module projects to be referenced.
  4. Choose OK.
Result

The referenced modules appear under the application.xml node.

If you have added all necessary modules, you can continue with building the application EAR file. See Building EARs .
