 Specifying the Order Category to be Displayed

Use

By default, the DS planning board displays activities, operations and orders for the following order types:

  • Orders from Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (PP/DS orders)

  • Orders from Supply Network Planning (SNP orders)

Thus, PP/DS and SNP activities or operations are displayed by default in a resource chart in the DS planning board for a single-mixed resource or a multi-mixed resource , in a product chart for a PP/DS and SNP product order.

You can define according to your requirements, that either only activities, operations and orders for PP/DS or SNP are displayed in the product, order or operation charts in the DS planning board.

Procedure

  1. In the SAP menu, choose Start of the navigation path System Next navigation step User defaults Next navigation step Own data. End of the navigation path

  2. Enter the SET/GET parameter /SAPAPO/CDPS_APPLI in the Parameter tab page under Parameters.

  3. For this SET/GET parameter, you enter the value for the desired order category:

  1. Save the data.

Result

The next time the DS planning board is called up, it only displays the desired activities, operations and orders in a product, order or operations chart. In a resource chart, objects from SNP and PP/DS are still shown for mixed resources.

If you want to display both order categories again in all charts, remove the SET/GET parameter from the parameter table.
