Use

You can use SAP Auto-ID Infrastructure (SAP All) in Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) to execute the following:

Prerequisites

To be able to integrate EWM with SAP All, you must make various settings in Customizing for SAP All. For more information, see Customizing in SAP All .

Features

Communication Using Web Services

As standard, communication is performed between EWM and SAP All using Web Services.

  • An EWM Web Service in SAP AII to trigger actions in EWM. This is called from SAP All and has the technical name: /SCWM/RFID_AII_EWM.

  • Three SAP All Web Services that are called from EWM. These Web Services are:

    • Web Services for ID coding

    • Web Service for ID decoding

    • Web Service for printing

Communication Using RFC Connections

Communication between SAP Extended Warehouse Management and SAP Auto-ID Infrastructure can be established using RFC connections.
