Function documentationEditing Condition Profiles

You can use this function to edit a condition profile that you have created for event-driven quantity assignment (EDQA). For more information, see Event-Driven Quantity Assignment (SCM-APO-ATP-EQA).

Note Note

If you want to use this function, you have to activate the business function SCM-APO-ATP, Usability and Various Functions (SCM_APO_ATP_1).

End of the note.

Prerequisites

You have created a condition profile in Customizing for SAP Supply Chain Management (SAP SCM) in one of the following Customizing activities:

  • Define Process Category for Quantity Assignment to Order Due Lists (QODL)

For more information, see Customizing for SAP SCM under Start of the navigation path Advanced Planning and Optimization Next navigation step Global Available-to-Promise (Global ATP) Next navigation step Event-Driven Quantity Assignment (EDQA) Next navigation step Quantity Assignment to Order Due Lists (QODL) Next navigation step Define Process Category for Quantity Assignment to Order Due Lists (QODL) End of the navigation path.

  • Define Process Category for Reassignment of Order Confirmations (ROC)

For more information, see Customizing for SAP SCM under Start of the navigation path Advanced Planning and Optimization Next navigation step Global Available-to-Promise (Global ATP) Next navigation step Event-Driven Quantity Assignment (EDQA) Next navigation step Reassignment of Order Confirmations (ROC) Next navigation step Define Process Category for Reassignment of Order Confirmations (ROC) End of the navigation path.

  • Define Process Category for Push Deployment

For more information, see Customizing for SAP SCM under Start of the navigation path Advanced Planning and Optimization Next navigation step Global Available-to-Promise (Global ATP) Next navigation step Event-Driven Quantity Assignment (EDQA) Next navigation step Other Process Categories Next navigation step Define Process Category for Push Deployment End of the navigation path.

  • Define Process Category for Backorder Processing

For more information, see Customizing for SAP SCM under Start of the navigation path Advanced Planning and Optimization Next navigation step Global Available-to-Promise (Global ATP) Next navigation step Event-Driven Quantity Assignment (EDQA) Next navigation step Other Process Categories Next navigation step Define Process Category for Backorder Processing End of the navigation path.

  • Define Process Category for Stock History

For more information, see Customizing for SAP SCM under Start of the navigation path Advanced Planning and Optimization Next navigation step Global Available-to-Promise (Global ATP) Next navigation step Event-Driven Quantity Assignment (EDQA) Next navigation step Other Process Categories Next navigation step Define Process Category for Stock History End of the navigation path.

Features

On the tab pages, you can edit field values for the following EDQA activities (process interfaces):

  • Sales Order Change

  • Purchase Order

  • Change Stock

  • Reassignment of Order Confirmations

  • Quantity Release in Sales Order

  • Refurbishment Order Change

  • Planned Order Change

On the Freely Definable Fields tab, you can specify other fields for editing. You can define up to 30 fields that do not exist on the other tabs yet.

Some fields, such as Product Number or Plant, are valid for more than one activity. You only have to edit these fields on one tab page, the system fills in the corresponding fields on other tab pages simultaneously.

You can select or exclude multiple values or value ranges for each field.

The system does not check the consistency of the values you enter in the fields. For the values, you must use the same format as was used when they were copied to SAP APO at runtime. If you use conversion exits (for example, for the material number), you must use the original field format (as was used before conversion).
