Scheduling Using Route Determination
Route determination schedules the transportation activity as part of configurable process scheduling, and defines route information, such as route or transportation service provider, which the system transfers to the application making the call.
If you want to use the SCHEDL_MM_RG procedure, you have to activate the business function SCM-APO-ATP, Usability and Various Functions (SCM_APO_ATP_1
).

, integration with SAP CRM is not necessary.
The routing guide is only called in the following cases:
The system finds the scheduling procedure SCHEDL_ROUTE
while executing an availability check for a sales order in SAP CRM or for a delivery in the ERP system.
The system finds the scheduling procedure SCHEDL_MM_RG
while executing an availability check for a stock transport order in the ERP system or for a delivery in the ERP system.
