 How to Process Report Lists

Use

This section contains descriptions of the functions you can carry out after executing a report online - that is, in the report list .

Prerequisites

To display the report list, you need to have defined the report and - where applicable - the form. You also need the data which you intend the report to display. If no suitable data exists, a page with report information will be displayed in place of the report.

Features

You can analyze your report data using functions for Navigation , for Defining Display Conditions and for displaying Graphics . Using the Functions Available in Report Lists , you can define how the data in the report list is displayed and printed. You can save, print, export and send report data, see Saving, Printing, Exporting, Sending Graphics .
