Function documentationManually Adjusting Raw Data

You can view and manually change the sales order data that the system extracted from SAP Customer Relationship Management (SAP CRM) or from SAP ERP and saved as raw data during historical data capture.

Note Note

These changes do not affect the SAP CRM or SAP ERP data, they only affect SAP SCM.

End of the note.

Prerequisites

You have performed historical data capture so that the DataStore object 9ARAWDAT is now filled with data.

Activities

You can see and change the captured raw data on the SAP Easy Access screen by choosing Start of the navigation path Advanced Planning and Optimization Next navigation step Service Parts Planning (SPP) Next navigation step Environment Next navigation step Data Administration Next navigation step Adjust Raw Data End of the navigation path.

On this screen you can choose either a product or a sales order. The system then shows the detailed data for the selected sales order, such as the order quantity, the order date, and the requested delivery date. You can change the following data:

  • Demand Category

  • Demand Quantity

  • Indicator: Abnormal Demand

When saving your changes, the system proceeds as follows:

  • The system writes the changed data to the DataStore object 9ARAWCRT.

  • The system copies your changed data to the DataStore object 9ADEMCRT in which the manually changed demand history is stored. In doing so the system updates the demand history accordingly.

  • The system sets the trigger SPP_RLG_DONE, which triggers the forecasting service.
