Definition

Web interface in the release details for displaying and editing scheduling agreement confirmations.

Use

The tab page displays the release schedule line of the current release. The supplier can create scheduling agreement confirmations for release schedule lines on this tab page. The customer can display published scheduling agreement confirmations here. The tab page displays release schedule lines and confirmations as follows:

  • If the supplier has not yet created scheduling agreement confirmations for the release schedule lines of the current release, the tab page displays one row for each release schedule line.

  • If the supplier has only created one scheduling agreement confirmation for a release schedule line, the tab page displays the confirmation data (confirmed quantity, confirmed shipping date, and confirmed delivery date) in the row for the release schedule line. The release schedule line and the scheduling agreement confirmation share a row. The Difference field shows the difference between the confirmed quantity and the requested quantity.

  • If the supplier has created several partial scheduling agreement confirmations for a release schedule line, the tab page displays one row for each partial scheduling agreement confirmations. Each row contains the data of the partial confirmation as well as the request data of partial scheduling agreement confirmation. In the nth row for the nth partial scheduling agreement confirmation, the Difference field shows how large the deviation from the request quantity is after the nth partial scheduling agreement confirmation. SAP Supply Network Collaboration (SAP SNC) only considers one schedule line for the Difference field. In the Cumulated Difference field you can see how the difference between the confirmed quantity and the requests quantity develops across the schedule lines.

Details

In the details , you can see the following data for a selected schedule line or confirmation.

  • The Notes tab page displays the notes. Here the supplier can create and edit notes.

  • The Partners and Locations tab page displays the numbers and descriptions of the business partners and the locations.

  • The References tab page displays data about documents to which the confirmation refers, for example:

    • Data about the scheduling agreement release, such as scheduling agreement, item, and release number

    • Sending data for scheduling agreement confirmations that the supplier has sent to SAP APO

    • Data about the release that has closed a scheduling agreement confirmation.

Date/Time Entries

Shipping dates/times refer to the time zone of the ship-from location and delivery dates/times refer to the time zone of the ship-to location.
