Use

You can make additional personal settings in CATS for service providers which the application cannot determine automatically.

Procedure

  1. Start CATS for service providers for the desired personnel number.
  2. Choose Goto ® Settings.
  3. To receive additional information on the settings, choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text Documentation for User Settings.
  4. Make the desired settings.
  5. Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text Save Settings.
