Personal Settings (Automatic)

Use

To facilitate data entry, CATS for service providers saves your personal settings. This is why the entry screen always look like it did when you left it. Your settings remain in effect even after you log off the system.

Features

CATS for service providers saves the following personal settings automatically:

Interface Settings

Screen areas expanded or collapsed

Width of the clipboard

Active functions in the tabs History, Worklist, Document Flow, and Travel Expenses

Configuration of the My Account Assignments screen area (visible or hidden, height of screen area)

Configuration of the infocenter

Height of the message log

Last Field Contents Entered

Task type/task level

Last account assignment entered (receiver)

My Account Assignments

If you save a task with a receiver, this information is automatically transferred to your My Account Assignments list. You can then access this information when you enter a new task.

In addition to the personal settings which CATS for service providers saves automatically, there are also settings that you can only make manually.

Activities

CATS for service providers saves your personal settings when you carry out the following actions:

Save
Switch from change mode to display mode
Exit CATS for service providers

However, if you start another transaction from the command field, CATS for service providers cannot save your personal settings.
