Procedimiento Linking Data Entry Profiles to Field Selections Localizar documento en árbol de navegación

You cannot use the general Customizing settings for the Cross-Application Time Sheet to assign data entry profiles and field selections for CATS notebook, since the relationship of data entry profiles to field selections is not 1:1 in CATS notebook. You can assign several field selections to one data entry profile in CATS notebook. To do so, proceed as follows:

  1. From the SAP Easy Access screen in SAP R/3, choose: System à Services à Table maintenance à Extended table maintenance.
  2. Enter the table name CATS_MY_FIELDSEL.
  3. Choose Este gráfico es explicado en el texto respectivo Maintain.
  4. Enter all data entry profile/field selection combinations.
  5. If you enter more than one profile/field selection combination, we recommend you to flag one field selection as the standard one by activating the checkbox in the right-hand column.
  6. Save your entries.
