Use

You can use CATS for service providers to enter both your own working times and activities and working times of another employee:

CATS for service providers uses the task type and the organizational assignment of the employee to determine the data entry profile and the associated field selection.

The task type and task level are always displayed. The fields for entering the account assignment depend on the selected account assignment category.

Procedure

  1. Start CATS for service providers.
  2. Select the task type and the task level.
  1. If necessary, select the account assignment category for the receiver account assignment and enter the account assignment object. Choose Este gráfico es explicado en el texto respectivo Multiple Account Assignment to enter additional receiver account assignments.
  1. Select a date (or a range of dates) from the calendar.
  1. Enter the data.

There are some quantities or times that must always be entered before you can save your data. To assist you in entering the data, the system can also propose a default quantity or time for each task component.

Some components may require an entry. The unit of entry depends on the task component.

If you want to see or change detailed information on a component, select the corresponding time or key figure and choose Este gráfico es explicado en el texto respectivo Adjust time/key figure. You can also double-click on a time or key figure to access the detailed information.

If you have specified in the selected data entry profile that working times should be entered as starting and ending times, CATS for service providers displays the columns for the clock times only for one time-dependent component. Otherwise you must enter the clock times with Este gráfico es explicado en el texto respectivo Adjust time/key figure.

  1. Enter a text for each line you enter.
  1. Enter any additional information on the task components as required. For more information, see Entering Long Text and Sender Account Assignment.
  1. If necessary, correct data that has generated an error or warning message. For more information, see System Checks and System Messages.
  1. If you now want to enter data for another account assignment, with a different task type, or with a different task level, choose Este gráfico es explicado en el texto respectivo Copy to Clipboard.
  1. Save your data.
