Entry of Statistical Key Figures
Use
You can use the Time sheet to enter
statistical key figures, which you can then transfer to Controlling. In Controlling, the statistical key figures are used as the basis for internal allocations and within the key figure analysis framework.Some of your employees work as field employees. You pay the travel costs for these employees but want to invoice them to the relevant customer. To do this, you create the statistical key figure "Kilometers" and the wage type "Travel costs". The employees use the wage type and the statistical key figure to record their travel details in the Time sheet. Your employees are reimbursed for their travel costs, which are calculated using the wage type, by payroll. You transfer the data for the "Kilometers" statistical key figure to Controlling (CO). The "Kilometers" statistical key figure can then be used as the basis for

Check whether the statistical key figures you want to use in the Time sheet have been created in Controlling. If necessary, create the statistical key figures you require.
