Processing Messages 
Place the cursor on the message that you want to process.
To go to the data entry period of the data record behind the message, choose Period View.
To go to the detail view of the data record behind the message, choose Detail View.
Correct the data record in the period view or detail view, and proceed with the next message.
As the example in the
Error Handling section demonstrates, warning messages in CATS notebook do not necessarily mean that data is incorrect. If the data is correct, CATS notebook automatically removes the warning message from the message list after synchronization. You are therefore recommended to run synchronization before processing messages.
