Customer-Specific Picklists (IPicklistCustomer)

Use

You can use the IPicklistCustomer interface to create customer-specific picklists in CATS notebook. You can use this interface in addition to the Special SAP Enhancements for CATS notebook in SAP R/3. You do not, however, have to create the customer-specific picklists that you create in CATS notebook also in SAP R/3.

You have to create a separate class for each field for which you want to define a customer-specific picklist.

You can create a picklist for each field in the data entry area of CATS notebook.

You can make the following changes to standard picklists or customer-specific picklists that you create using the MYCATS01 SAP enhancement:

Add or hide columns
Add, change, or delete values (you can also do this using the MYCATS01 SAP enhancement)

Activities

To be able to use the IPicklistCustomer interface to create customer-specific picklists in CATS notebook, you must define a corresponding category in the ci_records.xml file in the offline repository of CATS notebook.
