Collapsing Non-Totals Rows for Subtotals
If non-totals rows belonging to a totals row are displayed in the list, you can collapse them by clicking on the icons in front of the subtotals row or by double clicking on the subtotals row in the lead column.
Displaying Non-Totals Rows for Subtotals
If non-totals rows belonging to a subtotals row are collapsed in the list, you can display them by clicking on the icon in front of the subtotals row or by double clicking on the subtotals row in the lead column.
Collapsing All Non-Totals Rows
If non-totals rows are displayed in the list, you can collapse them by clicking on the subtotals symbol in the lead column.

These functions are only available if totals and subtotals already exist in the current display.
