Use

The following programs are available for displaying time sheet data:

Nota

The program Display Time Sheet Data (CATSSHOW) is no longer available in the menu (SAP Easy Access) as of SAP R/3 Enterprise Core 4.70 (SAP_APPL 470). In the menu, you can find the programs listed above. However, you can still use this program.

Features

The programs listed above have the same technical basics and have the following features:

Extensive selection criteria are available for selecting the data you want to display. They are divided into the following areas:

Basic data (for example, task type, task level, and task component, activity type, wage type , and so on)
Receiver account assignment (customer order, WBS element, network, and so on)
Sender account assignment (sender cost center, sending purchase order, business process, and so on)
Data sources (CATS for service providers, all other CATS user interfaces, all CATS user interfaces; including archived data)

Dynamic selections enable you to delimit data to include additional selection criteria (for example, data from specific infotypes in Human Resources).

You can find out the processing status of the data displayed.

You can display the document flow and the change history for individual data records.

An ALV Grid Control in the SAP List Viewer enables you to display data. This provides you with extensive options for formatting data.

In addition to the usual print output, you can also use SAP Smart Forms to print out data, or send data by e-mail.
