The clipboard can contain data that has been saved to the database or new data that has not been saved. You can change, release, and delete the data in the clipboard, or view it in detail.
Data can enter the clipboard in different ways:
- CATS for service providers
places data in the clipboard when you copy or delete rows in the history.
- Choosing Copy to Clipboard copies rows from the data entry section to the clipboard.
- If you change the date or task type for a task that is already saved to the database, CATS for service providers replaces the task with a new task and places the old task in the clipboard for deletion.
- When you start CATS for service providers, any data records that have not been released are placed in the clipboard.
- When you start CATS for service providers for your own personnel number, rejected data records with the same general data are placed directly in the data entry section. If there are also rejected data records with different general data, these data records are placed in the clipboard.
- When you start CATS for service providers for a different personnel number, rejected data records are placed in the clipboard.
