Procedimiento Deleting Times Localizar documento en árbol de navegación

You can delete times that you recorded in CATS notebook. Deleted data records that were already transferred to the SAP R/3 System are cancelled during the next synchronization.

Deleting One Data Record

  1. Click on the required input field and delete the hours entered by choosing Delete on your keyboard.
  2. Save your entries.

Deleting All Data Records in One Row

  1. Select the required row and choose Cut.

CATS notebook deletes all data records displayed in the selected row. If required, choose another data entry period to delete more data records.
  1. Save your entries.

Nota

When you delete a data record, CATS notebook first sets the data record value to zero, and then designates the data record for deletion. However, the data record is still visible. If the data record was approved, you may still have to release it after it has been deleted. After the data has been synchronized again, the data record that was designated for deletion is no longer displayed.
